Do you have a product or service to promote to cyclists? Over 3,000 riders and their families will attend the Big Dam Bridge 100 Expo/Packet Pick-up on September 27 before the ride on September 28. Our average riders are in their 50's and make over $100,000/year.
Vendors include bike shops, gear, organizations that produce races and rides, products that appeal to our demographic and more.
Booth space starts at $400 for space at Statehouse Convention Center on September 27 from 11am - 9 pm. This year all vendors who bring their own tent can also exhibit at the Finish Line at North Little Riverfront Park on September 28 from 9am - 4:30pm at no extra cost.
Expo open time is:
- 9/27: 11am - 9 pm - Statehouse Convention Center
- 9/28: 8am - 4:30pm - Finish Line
Load in (Statehouse Convention Center):
- 9/26: 3-6 pm
- 9/27: 8-10 am
Load out (Statehouse Convention Center): 9/27 - 9 pm
Load in/out (Finish Line) 9/28:
- Load in: 6-8 am
- Load out: 4:30 pm

Exhibitor Loading/Unloading Instructions (Statehouse Convention Center)
- All Load in must take place off LaHarpe. Signage will be posted indicating where to enter.
- Move In: Enter through Hall 1 Roll Door, Exit through Hall 3
- Move Out: Enter through Hall 3 roll door, Exit Hall 3 – this depends on your setup.
- During Move in: All vendors must unload their vehicles, go park their vehicles and then come and unpack and setup.
- During Move Out: All vendors must pack up their items completely, go grab their vehicles and come and load their vehicles.
- Due to renovations in the atrium, no vendor move-in through Markham/Atrium/front entrances.
